Good afternoon! The hot weather around here feels like summer, so why not start enjoying some summer smoothies?
I bring you the mango orange smoothie. With one perfectly ripe mango, one adorably tiny navel orange, some milk, and water, you get a drink that resembles the nectar of the gods.
This is my favorite smoothie to make. Just make sure your mango is ripe enough to be sweet and not sour. Adding water is to achieve the perfect consistency because with just fruit and milk, it can get pretty thick. If you want to add some extra health benefits, add some ground flaxseed, chia seeds, or yogurt!
Drink it and read a book or two. Instagram it. Repeat.
